1999 is philosophical mindset for creatives on all spectrums, (Artists, Photographers, Videographers, Musicians, Graphic Designers, etc.) 1999 amplifies being creative. It lets people know it's cool to be a multi-hyphenate creative. 1999 isn't only a year that I was born, but it's also a year before a new century, before a new beginning. During the year 1999, people thought that all of these major events were awaiting to take place (Y2K, Armageddon, etc.) 1999 is a moment in time before something big happens. It's a progression for creatives. Right now we are having a "1999 moment". Whatever happens later in our society will be the result of a 1999 moment. These are moments that happens also in our personal lives. These are moments that are happening now. These are moment's that we as creatives are obligated to capture. That's why we must "Capture the Moment" before something big happens. ~Niguael
